Tiny Catastrophes is the debut EP from Midlands three piece Scottish Islands. The 5 tracks explore the themes of mental illness, grief, and the first tentative steps of pulling through the darkness. Taking inspiration from bands such as Frightened Rabbit, Manchester Orchestra, Mogwai, Keaton Henson, and The Twilight Sad. Scottish Islands wear their influences on their sleeve and combine them to make music that is as guttural as it is delicate.
